Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival, or up to 2 days before with no charge. Late cancellations, made less than 24 hours in advance, will incur a 50% charge of the first night. We do not offer non-refundable rates. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged if an advance payment has been made. Exceptions include medical emergencies and extreme weather events, subject to validation. Cancellation requests must be made via email, phone, or through the booking platform used. Date changes are allowed without charges, provided there is availability. Group bookings are subject to a 20% charge in case of late cancellation or no-show.
